Profit Tools has introduced an expanded set of capabilities for waiting management in its latest release. These capabilities provide warnings and reminders to dispatch and customer service staff regarding drivers that have entered detention situations. By giving a proactive "head's up", you can notify customers of potential detention so that it can be billed. The new capabilities also provide means of escalating unresolved detention situations to management, and record actions taken during the process to aid in dispute resolution or internal assessment.
