Or, if you are not sure which email address to send an inquiry or issue to, you can email support@profittools.net.  These email groups are monitored by multiple people ensuring that your  inquiry or issue will be taken care of in a timely, and efficient manner.

2) Did you know we have added the ability to add cross dock events to multiple shipments at the same time? This feature is now available from the shipment summary screen and quick view screens. Just highlight multiple shipments and right click the TMP number to display a menu with the the new option. After selecting "Add X-Dock" from the menu the below window will appear. This window allows the user to manipulate the itineraries of the selected shipments.
