We are excited to announce that this year’s User Conference will be held April 17th-20th at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort  in Phoenix, Arizona! The setting for this year’s event makes it a perfect opportunity to bring the family!

What you need to know:

Who – This year’s User Conference has dropped the ‘introductory’ track and is designed specifically for owners and managers. The focus will be on how to apply everything Profit Tools has to offer to maximize efficiency within the operation and drive profits! We will be releasing a schedule of the classes and workshops, complete with descriptions, shortly!

What – The price for the Profit Tools User Conference 2012 will be $525 for a single attendee OR send two (2) attendees for $750. Conference cost includes 3 days of classes and workshops (schedule, and descriptions coming soon!), Breakfast & Lunch Wed – Fri (breakfast can be added for non-conference attendees for $55), Tuesday evening cocktail reception, and Thursday evening transportation for group outing.

Where – The Gold Canyon Golf Resort (check out their website). Located just outside Phoenix, AZ (Weather in April: Average temperature: 73, Average high temperature: 85, Average low temperature: 60, sounds pretty nice to me!) Rooms, known as Casitas, combine southwestern style with panoramic views of the Superstition Mountain Area. Each Casita offers a private patio, wireless internet, refrigerator, coffee maker and much, much more! The Profit Tools User Conference price (available Tuesday 4/17 through Saturday 4/21) is $125/day for a single King, or $145/day for two Queens. Upgrade to a Spa Casita for $190/day! (Rate does not include $12/day resort fee).

To make a reservation contact Nicole Walker at Gold Canyon Golf Resort (480) 671-5524 or  nicole@gcgr.com. They are currently holding rooms for our User Conference but will release those rooms to the public one month prior to the event.

When – The classes are scheduled for Wednesday April 18th from 8:30 am -4:30 pm, Thursday April 19th from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Friday April 20th 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. There will be a cocktail reception Tuesday night April 17th from 7:00pm- 9:00pm.

There are also two additional group outings for those of you who are interested (not included in conference price). Friday afternoon after the conference concludes we will be heading to K1 Go Kart Racing for a racing showdown.  Saturday morning April 21st we are organizing a best-ball scramble golf tournament.

Why – Since we began our annual User Conference in 2009, the event has grown bigger and better each year. This year we have made the location a destination worthy of bringing the family, we have added planned events for attendees, and we have focused the curriculum specifically for owners, and managers. We hope by doing this we will attract more of you to come learn how to better apply our products and services to your operation, and meet with other principals from across the country who use Profit Tools to run their businesses. Over and over again we have heard that the ideas shared from interacting with other Profit Tools customers during the event are some of the most valuable benefits of attending the User Conference, and you can’t find that anywhere else!

You’ve already made the investment to put in the top transportation management system for your company. Now come learn how to better harness the power of Profit Tools, and have fun while doing it!

How – To sign up for the event, print and fill out the 2012 User Conference Sign Up Sheet. You will need to contact Gold Canyon Golf Resort separately for room reservations. For more information please contact marketing@profittools.net or call (603)-659-3822.
