Have you had your annual "System" check up?

We know that an annual checkup visit to our primary physician is necessary to ensure our body systems are functioning properly; but how about software systems functionality? This type of check up is often overlooked, yet vital for efficient and accurate software reporting. Profit Tools has a very simple and easy to use tool to help manage and track the efficient use of various reporting categories called, the Profit Tools System Setup Report. This report is a review of your system settings, accounting settings, shipment types, number of companies, active shipments, & active pieces of equipment.

To run this report:

1. Select Reports then Viewer from the System menu, or click the Reports button at the top of the screen.

2. When the Report Selection window opens double click on Setup report.

3. Once the report is select click the Retrieve button to generate the report.
