Custom Screen Views

Although a wide range of standard views are provided with the software, you may choose to have us set up custom screen data views that fit unique requirements of your operation or your customers, thus enabling you and your staff to manage your data as efficiently as possible.

 

Custom Forms/Documents

If the standard forms supplied don't fit your needs, Profit Tools will create custom output forms/documents to your specifications. Forms can auto-populate from available data, and can have virtually any layout or fixed content you desire. We can also work with pre-printed multi-part forms. If you wish to create your own forms using Word or Excel templates, we can train you to do so in about two hours.

 

Custom Management Reports

A variety of standard reports are provided, as well as several options for users to extract and manipulate data using Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, and Infomaker. Profit Tools will create custom management reports to your specifications, or we can train you to create your own using Excel templates.

 

Integration Services

Setup of input and output data mapping for use with EDI transactions or connections to other software systems. Profit Tools has a broad range of experience in this area. Some applications may also require Priority Development.

 

LiveLoad.Net

Setup of your own e-commerce web site with custom reports provided for your customers, interactive freight status queries and POD requests, setup/ configuration of the actual web site, or a section of your existing site to accommodate LiveLoad.Net services.

 

Data Conversion

For a quicker implementation, Profit Tools can convert your existing electronic customer database to Profit Tools format. Our technicians can work from most database or text formats.
