At Profit Tools we understand that every trucking operation is different.  Even operations that are similar in size and the type of work they do, can vary greatly in their work flow and business processes.  We can customize aspects of our trucking software to fit your company's individual needs. 

 

Custom Screen Views

A wide range of screen views are provided with the software, however you may choose to have us set up custom screen views that fit your unique requirements.  

Custom Forms and Documents

Profit Tools provides many standard forms in the application.  If these forms don't fit your needs we can create custom output forms and documents fit to your specifications. Forms can auto-populate from available data in Profit Tools, and can have virtually any layout or fixed content you desire. We can also work with pre-printed multi-part forms. If you wish to create your own forms using Word or Excel templates, we can train you to do so in about two hours.

Custom Management Reports

A variety of standard reports are provided in our Report Library, as well as options for users to extract and manipulate data using Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, and Infomaker. Profit Tools will create custom reports to your specifications, or we can train you to create your own using Excel templates.

Integration Services

We have a wide range of experience in mapping input and output data for use with EDI transactions or connections to other software systems. Some applications may also require priority development.

activeT.R.A.C.

activeT.R.A.C. is an add-on to Profit Tools that provides online customer service for your clients.  Your customers can log in to activeT.R.A.C. to view shipment status, view, download or print documents, request rates, submit load tenders, and more.  You can also share information with your customers on the website, for example rate changes or new terminal locations.  All of this information is available to your customers online 24/7.  activeT.R.A.C. is an out of the box solution and many companies do not require customization, however the product can easily be customized to reflect specific graphic or informational requirements.

Data Conversion

For a quicker implementation, Profit Tools can convert your existing electronic customer database to Profit Tools format. Our technicians can work with most database or text formats.
