Dynamic Dashboard lets you work with information the way
you want to see it. For many companies, making the transition
from T-cards to the computer can be a difficult transition.
The Dynamic Dashboard's flexibility allows the user to
customize the dispatch screen to closely resemble what
the dispatcher is comfortable with and has been working
with for years.
The presentation of information and dispatch workflow
are very similar on the Dynamic Dashboard to working on
a physical T-card board. Cards are arranged in columns
based on status, location, or assignments, and as you
make assignments or status changes, the cards automatically
move to a different area of the board (or screen). The
top of the card shows enough information to get an overview
at a glance of the shipment information, and if you pull
the card out of the slot (by clicking on it or holding
your mouse over it), you get all the details.
The Dynamic Dashboard shows various statuses of Inbound/Import
Orders, Outbound/Export orders, Assigned, Waiting, Watch
List, Dropped Containers, Quick Match, and more.
Each job has its own ‘card’ displaying key
summary information like container number, pickup and
delivery location, freight and free deadlines, move type,
dispatch load number and prior to dispatch load number.
