News from the Training Department – 9/27/11

 1) If you have questions on new EDI implementations or are having problems with an existing EDI implementation, please do not email Heather (Heather has transitioned from the EDI department to the training department) or Jaime directly. Please use edi-support@profittools.net . This will insure multiple people in our EDI department receive your email.

2) As mentioned above, Heather, who is located in Phoenix, Arizona, is now in our training department. Heather will be assigned as the trainer for most of our customers who are on Mountain time, Pacific time and some customers on Central time. This will provide more customers with training coverage during their normal business hours. We will let you know how to contact her after normal business hours Eastern time.

3) Our trainers have a very busy and structured schedule. Please, if you have to reschedule an appointment with our staff, let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, according to the Profit Tools Terms and Conditions document you may be charged a cancellation fee.
