Document
Imaging allows you to scan and store all of your paper
documents, indexed to their corresponding shipments, and
tagged by type (POD, BL, TIR, etc.). Retrieval is easy
from Shipment or Search screen, and images can be printed,
faxed, or emailed directly from within Profit Tools.
Other features include:

Quick retrieval of scanned document copies (such as POD);
no more dragging through files!

Configuration abilities to automatically print scanned
images along with invoices, according to the requirements
of individual customers.
•
Option to validate that required documents have been scanned
prior to invoicing, according to the requirements of individual
customers.
•
Ability to archive and retrieve archived images, so you
save space on your network.
