tool for the dedicated broker as well as the asset-based
carrier who brokers excess freight. Manages information
pertaining to both the shipment and the carrier simultaneously.
The Brokerage module is designed for both TL and LTL/Consolidated
brokerage and allows brokered loads to be managed as individual
transactions or built into trips under a single contract.
Features include:

Tailored order-entry workflow to easily generate documents
such as rate confirmations or bills of lading.

Use of
stock or customized forms; or have multiple versions of
any document to suit multiple business segments or the
varying requirements of outside carriers.

Carrier
information including insurance and compliance data, with
automatic warnings if information is out of date.

Option to code carriers according to service modes or
equipment types or lanes serviced, to help quickly find
the right carrier for a particular load.

Ability
to split loads or legs between your own trucks and outside
carriers.
