MO comes with pre-configured software that makes integration with Profit Tools document imaging module and third party applications seamless. The highlight of the pre-installed MO software is the document transfer function. This provides great benefits to both field workers and to office staff who need to receive documents scanned from the field. Documents are scanned and sent from the field worker and uploaded to a web server where office staff can easily access them. Office staff receive organized documents that can be used as is, auto-filed into software programs such as Profit Tools document imaging and other third party software applications, or have information extracted via form processing software.
Skype comes pre-loaded into MO. Use Skype for simple, free calls to other people on Skype and low-cost calls to landlines and cell phones all over the world. Users can keep in touch with the office, family, and friends at low-cost or no-cost when they're away.
