MO costs 1/2 to 2/3 less than standalone rugged laptops, which normally run $2500 to $5000 without scan or print peripherals or a safe means to transport them, and up to 1/2 less than rugged handhelds which run $1300 to $3000, also without peripherals. For the right applications, where scanning or printing are useful and the electronics will not be subject to extreme treatment like water immersion during operation, MO delivers more utility at a substantially lower price. For just over $3000 you can have a MO with scanner & printer and 2 years of MO Software & Broadband Data Service. With a $3000 rugged laptop -- you're just getting started. For many applications, you're just throwing your money away on anyting but a MO!
The first year license of MO Software is included in the base price of your Mobile Office unit. Each additional year of software costs $99. You also may choose not to include MO Software for a $50 savings, however this is not advised. MO software is designed for power and ease, and with it your field and office workers will get the most out of MO's scan & print capabiities.
The software/ broadband data bundle is priced for the combination of both MO Software and Broadband Data service, and is charged in addition to the base price (noted above). All Bundle plans include both scanning & printing software capabilities and "unlimited" data usage (subject to network provider terms-of-service, coverage, and network restrictions). Prices listed INCLUDE all applicable phone & data taxes & surcharges; plan pricing subject to adjustment if these costs are revised by carrier.

Issues outside of the above categories, including issues unrelated to MO Software, issues stemming from system or equipment misuse or user changes to system configuration, Hardware issues outside of warranty period, and direct support of field staff in a multi-unit account, will be chargable at the Billable Support rate of $129/hr. Payment authorization and/or prepayment may be required for service. Determination of chargeable vs. non-chargeable support incident will be at Profit Tools sole discretion.
