The information we received
from the on-site visit allowed me to spend only one- to-two
days completing settlements, whereas before it would take
me about four days. We were considering hiring one or two
more people to handle the work load, but now we will not
need to. The minimal amount of funds we spent to bring a
Profit Tools professional onsite saved us from having to

Since implementing Profit Tools, we
have grown from ten trucks and just myself behind the dispatch
desk to 50 trucks and continued growth. We just completed
out 100,000th load in Profit Tools. Without Profit Tools,
there’d be no way that we’d be able to handle
1,400 loads per month. Profit Tools came in with an easy
situation and an easy solution to what was a dispatching
problem, but also solved my billing problem. I’m billing
for all those loads now and I’m getting paid for all
those loads. Our billing cycle is very quick. Profit Tools

Due to new requirements for testing
all applications before putting them into production, I
was really under the gun to get a test server up and running
so I could test the new version of Profit Tools. Thanks
to Profit Tools, I will be able to get the new version into
production to correct the EDI situation we were having.
I realize that this was not a normal situation for Profit
Tools and I am very happy with the professional manner the
Profit Tools team went about getting two servers on the
same network and keeping them from stepping on each other.

I am very impressed with the Profit
Tools ‘Help’ menu. A couple of years ago, when
we first purchased Profit Tools, the Help menu was no more
than a single screen shot of the problem. Now, it is not
only informative, but also very helpful. I can’t could
how many times we have used it with positive results in
either solving our problem(s) or simply finding something
new out about the program.

Profit Tools is very helpful in how
we actually pay the drivers, and franking on the other side
of things, I never get complaints from the drivers such
as “I didn’t get paid for this,” or “I
think I was shorted,” or “You didn’t give
me this assessorial that I was promised.” We’re
not having billing problems.

My original reason to purchase the email
billing module was to save on postage, paper and envelopes.
Other factors I considered were the wear and tear on the
printer, the label to assemble invoices for mailing, and
the transit time in the mail system.
In additional to savings mentioned above, I love the Profit
Tools email billing option because you can put an invoice
in a recipient’s hands in a matter of minutes, bypassing
the fax machine and all these delays associated with it,
cutting the delivery time of an invoice from days to minutes
AND as a collection tool, being able to get the invoice
to a specific person, again in minutes is the best part
of all. Because when you’re doing collections how
many times have you been asked for a copy of invoice? The
customer set-up is easy and flexible, the invoice is neat
and clear, no more waiting for printers to print or faxes
to connect. This is a must-have feature!

| Equipment visibility and equipment maintaining
for the demurrage and per diem situations have been the biggest
impact of Profit Tools on my operation. I liked the faced
that it had the equipment for the demurrage and per diem standpoint.
I also liked the driver settlements that we put together for
Profit Tools, and the third is the scanning capability and
al the stuff attached to each shipment.
