An excellent tool for the dedicated broker as well as the asset-based carrier who brokers excess freight, this module lets you manage information pertaining to both the shipment and the carrier simultaneously. The Profit Tools Brokerage module is designed for both TL and LTL/Consolidated brokerage, and allows brokered loads to be managed as individual transactions or built into trips under a single contract-and allows you to manage payables by shipment or trip as well. 

Order-entry workflow is tailored to suit the fast paced brokerage environment, and the system will easily generate documents such as rate confirmations or BLs. You can use our stock forms, or design your own to suit specific requirements. You can even have multiple versions of any document to suit multiple business segments or the varying requirements of outside carriers. 

Carrier information includes insurance and compliance data, and the system will warn you if that information is out of date. You have the option to code carriers according to service modes or equipment types, lanes serviced, etc. to help you quickly find the right carrier for a particular load. 

Need to split loads or legs between your own trucks and outside carriers? It's no problem with Profit Tools, because the Dispatch and Broker modules merge, enabling you to easily accomplish what would be impossible with other systems, all without ever losing a freight bill or missing an accessorial charge. An Operations license is required for each Brokerage license in use.
