Eliminate rating headaches: Enter your rate tables into Profit Tools and watch the bills rate themselves! Set up rates using point to point, zones, miles, weight or flat rates. Establish minimum rates and "as" rates and standard charges for accessorial fees such as fuel surcharge, chassis pools, and lumper fees. 

Do you have special rates for your best customers, or varying rates according to business or load type? No problem, you can set up a rate table for each and the system with either determine the appropriate rate table automatically, or will prompt for user input. (If you happen to be using Settlements also, the same tables can often be used for both functions, just change the rates!) 

Because rating methods vary greatly in this industry, before purchasing Auto Rating, please discuss your methods with a Profit Tools representative to determine how our functionality can best address your specific needs. The number of Auto Rating licenses required is determined by the combined total number of Dispatch and Brokerage licenses in place. An Operations license is required for each Auto Rating license in use.
