Pulling from dispatch records, Settlements will auto-generate driver pay based on pre-set rate tables (If you happen to be using Auto Rating also, the same tables can often be used for both functions, just change the rates.). Settlements will print clear, concise settlement reports that make it easy for you and your drivers to understand, and it works well for both company drivers and owner-operators.

Using multiple rate tables and formulas within pay periods for any given driver is no problem for Profit Tools — or your office personnel. You can pay on accessorial charges such as detention or hook/drop fees, and you can separate deadhead and bobtail miles from loaded miles and pay accordingly. You can set up rates for point to point or zone calculation, as well as mileage based or flat rates. You can key in any extraordinary items and set up single or multi-week tracking of advances or deductions interactively. Accepts data from Fuel Card Interface. 

A/P interface to QuickBooks Pro®, Peachtree®, Business Works®, and MAS90® (sold separately). Flat file output permits interface to most accounting systems capable of data import and mapping. 

Because settlement methods vary greatly in this industry, before purchasing Settlements, please discuss your methods with a Profit Tools representative to determine how our functionality can best address your specific needs. For mileage based rates, Settlements requires PC*Miler® (sold separately). Settlements pulls information from dispatch history, therefore, Dispatch must be in use on your system (although it is not required to run Settlements). An Operations license is required for each Settlements license in use.
