This is a tremendous work-saver because it requires no additional data input! Fuel Tax uses dispatch history to generate mileage by state reports for any vehicle within any date range, then pro-rates the resulting figures against the vehicle's actual odometer readings. The system flags variances exceeding your preset limit to capture excessive out-of-route miles. 

Fuel Tax will print your miles by state reports, and allows you to send that information to PC*Fuel Tax® (optional) if you wish to further automate the process. Requires Dispatch and PC*Miler®. 

With the optional use of PC*Fuel Tax® (sold separately) and the Fuel Card Interface, you also automatically capture and input fuel purchase information, and print completed IFTA forms directly to your laser printer. Thus, with little or no data input, you can audit the results and complete this otherwise tedious operation in a fraction of the time. An Operations license is required for each Fuel Tax license in use.
