It can cut your paper handling costs in half, and reduce the time it takes to get a copy of a document (such as a POD) out to a customer from hours to seconds. Most POD requests can be filled before the conclusion of the originating phone call! 

Document Imaging allows you to scan and store all of your paper documents, indexed to their corresponding shipments, and tagged by type (POD, BL, TIR, etc.). Retrieval is easy from shipment button or Search screen. Images can be printed, faxed, or emailed directly from the desktop. 

You can also configure the system to print scanned images along with invoices, according to the requirements of individual customers. The number of Document Imaging licenses must equal the total number of Operations licenses in place. An Operations license is required for each Document Imaging license in use.
