Profit Tools' modular approach to software licensing lets you buy only the licenses needed to suit the present size and demands of your business, then add modules and users as your company grows. You save money by avoiding overbuying to allow for future
growth — or buying a prepackaged "one size fits all" system.
Profit Tools Software Licenses are offered on a concurrent user basis, not tied to the number of computers on your network. This means everyone on your network can have access, provided that the total number of users needing access to a module at the same time does not exceed the number of user licenses purchased. For example, if you have a one-user license for a particular module, that means any one user can access it at a time. A two-user license allows any two at a time, and so on. Thus, your occasional users can share licenses and you avoid duplicate purchases for day/night-shift workers. You get more usage at a lower cost.
