The Operations module is the base of Profit Tools trucking software and is the heart of the system. Data entry is rapid with the use of shortcuts and templates and there is never a need to enter the same information more than once. This is where all your information on employees and equipment is stored and taken from in the other modules.

• Extended search capabilities using reference and equipment numbers, dates, and locations for active and historical data. Also, search by equipment lease types.
• Complete shipment processing through review and audit.
• Color-coded Shipment Summary Screen and Dispatch Dashboard making it easy for users to track and manage active shipments.
• Report Viewer and other options to produce a wide variety of reports, documents and forms, including output to Microsoft Word®, and Microsoft Excel®, Crystal Reports®, Infomaker®, and Microsoft Access®.
